"'S Wonderful" is a song featured in the 1951 film An American in Paris with music by George Gershwin and lyrics by Ira Gershwin. In this number, Jerry Mulligan (Gene Kelly) and Henri Baurel (Georges Guétary) are both in raptures over their new love and sing it out on a Paris street. They are unaware that they are singing about the same girl.
While the “ ’s ” at the beginning of the line was originally meant to be a contraction of “it’s,” the movie’s Parisian setting fortuitously turns it into a contraction of “c'est” as well.

'S wonderful
Jerry:
'S marvelous
Henri:
She should care for me
Jerry:
'S awful nice
Henri:
'S paradise
Jerry:
'S what I love to see
Henri:
She's made my life so glamorous
Jerry:
You can't blame me for feeling amorous
Both:
Oh, 's wonderful, 's marvelous
That she should care for me
Henri:
'S wonderful
