UHF (released internationally as The Vidiot From UHF) is a 1989 American slapstick comedy film produced by Orion Pictures and distributed by Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer. Directed by Jay Levey, it stars "Weird Al" Yankovic as a fired daydreamer who begins his own ultra high frequency television station.
