Universal Studios, legally registered as Universal City Studios LLC,[1][2][3][4] doing business as Universal Pictures or simply Universal, is an American film production and distribution company owned by NBCUniversal, which is a division of Comcast. It Was Founded In 1912 By Carl Laemmle, Pat Powers, David Horsley, William Swanson, Mark Dintenfass, Charles Baumann, Robert H. Cochrane, Adam Kessel, & Jules Brulatour.
